Fight in the Family - Adobe and Apple

I am a huge Adobe and Apple Supporter so seeing a fight brewing between them is like having a sister and brother in a death match; difficult to watch.

My comments (here) on Adobe's campaign to promote Flash in the face of Apple not supporting Flash on the iPhone or iPad. FYI I am called "Adobe Joe", its one of my alias'.

Typical Liberal/Conservative Banter over Iraq

LIBERAL: I have some concerns about our invasion and subsequent occupation of Iraq. Do Bush’s foreign policy decisions concern you?

CONSERVATIVE: How dare you question our president?! We are at WAR!!! TRAITOR!!!!

LIBERAL: Well, why do you think we invaded Iraq EXACTLY when we did?

CONSERVATIVE: Because Iraq was an imminent threat--- they had WMD.

LIBERAL: Actually, Iraq has since been proven to NOT have been an imminent threat……… and WMD have not been found. That’s why most of you guys have already switched from the “WMD” claim to the “WMD Program” claim………

CONSERVATIVE: SO WHAT?!! They were in violation of UN Resolutions.

LIBERAL: Other countries have ignored UN mandates………….
Indonesia disregarded mandates to withdraw from East Timor, which finally won its independence in 1999, after a twenty-four-year-long U.S. occupation.
Turkey ignored resolutions 353 and 354 to leave Cyprus.
Several countries have had even more violations than Iraq…………. Israel has 30, Turkey has more than 20, Morocco has more than 15, etc.
Why don’t we care about THESE violations?

CONSERVATIVE: We DO care……. But Saddam was a vicious dictator, and we needed to liberate the Iraqi people.

LIBERAL: When did this administration become so concerned about THAT?

CONSERVATIVE: What do you mean?! BUSH ALWAYS cared!!!

LIBERAL: Was liberating Iraq at all “urgent” immediately upon Bushy taking office?
No.
Was liberating Iraq at all “urgent” to Bushy immediately following 9/11?
No.
It became “urgent” shortly before the midterm elections when Dubya needed something to divert our attention from our crappy economy. It was pushed in the name of Republican politics--- NOT immediate need.

CONSERVATIVE: Bull$hit!!!………. besides, Saddam supported terrorists.

LIBERAL: No...... Saddam gave money to the families of suicide bombers---- and not as much as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc. did. Therefore, it is disingenuous to claim that Iraq is part of this so-called “war on terror”, since we haven’t gone after THESE countries in like fashion.
Face it………. You and your ilk--- you typically jump to one of three “excuses” for invading Iraq:
1) They violated UN resolutions, or
2) Liberation of the Iraqi people, or
3) They supported terrorism.
Each of which is EASILY shot down…………
It is interesting to note that you and your ilk have all but given up on the “WMD” and “imminent threat” issues……………

CONSERVATIVE: YOU FACE IT!!!! YOU ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A YELLOW-BELLIED TRAITOR!!!! FVCK YOU--- YOU DUMB LIBERAL A$$HOLE!!!! FVCKING WHINING LIBERAL PIECE OF $HIT!!! I HOPE YOU DIE!!! KILL ALL LIBERALS!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

(fade to black…….. CONSERVATIVE’S head explodes due to an overload of LIBERAL arguments rooted in logic and reason……….)

Proof that Bush mocks killing people

Bush’s true nature came shining through when he mocked the cries of a born again Christian woman before her execution...his reply to her cries? He made a face and said "please don’t kill me" Read below:

From:
http://culturalvision.net/html/body_911_prelude.html
http://www-cgi.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0401/08/cf.00.html

On July 6, the Washington Post reports that, in an interview by Tucker Carlson in Talk magazine, George W. Bush recounts his oversight as Governor of Texas of the execution of convicted murderer Karla Faye Tucker. Bush mocks Tucker’s plea for clemency by saying in a high-pitched voice, “Please don’t kill me.” Under Bush’s governorship, convicts were executed even after being found mentally ill, after their lawyers had slept through their trials, and who were convicted on the testimony of a single, unreliable eyewitness. A Chicago Tribune study of the 131 inmates executed under Bush’s term of office finds that “dozens” were convicted after manifestly unfair trial proceedings.

-------------------------------
The Religion the Chimp says he believes in allows for salvation and what the Chimp did is show that he is not a true Christian. One must contrast the Chimps behavior with the Pope who asked for clemency and who in any case would never presume to judge that her conversion was false as that is God's province. The Pope apparently suspects that the Chimp is the antichrist and interestingly enough many Evangelical Chimp followers think that the Pope is the antichrist.

Neocon Family Values
Appalling Conspiracy Of Silence Video Online
(From Thrasher - http://www.media-underground.net - 1-9-5)

Conspiracy of Silence, a documentary listed for viewing in TV Guide Magazine was to be aired on the Discovery Channel, on May 3, 1994. This documentary exposed a network of religious leaders and Washington politicians who flew children to Washington D.C. for sex orgies.

Many children suffered the indignity of wearing nothing but their underwear and a number displayed on a piece of cardboard hanging from their necks when being auctioned off to foreigners in Las Vegas, Nevada and Toronto, Canada.

At the last minute before airing, unknown congressmen threatened the TV Cable industry with restrictive legislation if this documentary was aired. Almost immediately, the rights to the documentary were purchased by unknown persons who had ordered all copies destroyed.

A copy of this videotape was furnished anonymously to former Nebraska state senator and attorney John De Camp who made it available to retired FBI Agent Ted L. Gunderson. While the video quality is not top grade, this tape is a blockbuster in what is revealed by the participants involved.

See for yourself...
Download video: 41 Megs. This is the full program
(sound quality is not at its best. NOTE: The video contains nothing explicit, only interviews. It is a documentary.)

A Handy Guide to Republican Posting

As a service, we here at Blogger would like to write down some simple and often used guidelines for you Republican posters.

Rule # 1
ALWAYS USE UPPER CASE TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS YOU ARE ANGRY

Rule # 2
There is no such thing as using too many exclamation points!!!!!!!!! 6 or 7 of those little suckers are a good replacement for facts.

Rule # 3
When in doubt blame Clinton

Rule # 4
Remember good American...only terrorist hating commies don't like the president.

Rule # 5
When faced with a reply from an informed commie loving liberal you can either refer to rule # 3 or run like hell and avoid any real debate.

Rule # 6
Did we mention ALWAYS BLAME CLINTON? A potent message can be made by combining rules #2 and # 3. Here is an example. When replying to a post questioning how you can support a deserter and convicted criminal who is flushing the country down the toilet you can answer: YEAH WELL CLINTON LIED ABOUT MONICA!!!!!!!!

Rule # 7
When asked to give facts you can either refer to rule #2 or quote some lie you heard on Rush today.

Rule #8
Use words and insult people.

Rule #9
Say that Critics of Bush hate our troops.

Rule #10
Use the words "REAL" "AMERICANS" and "PATRIOTS" a few times. This makes it seem that anyone who disagrees with them is a communist bent on over throwing the government.

Rule #11
Add the words "values" "Christian" and "the bible says" to any post you happen to be writing, regardless of the subject.

Rule #12
When you get really frustrated hurl fecal references. If that doesn't work start perseverating on penises and semen. If that doesn't work start making anus references.
Ignorance is Bush's Greatest Weapon

Those who support President Bush tend to be people who really aren't that plugged in to current events. For a year-and-a-half Bush bashers were told to keep quiet when it came to dissenting to Bush, especially in his war on Iraq. After last May and the "Mission Accomplished" incident, things in Iraq slowly started to unravel--no WMDs, the guerilla war, Iraqi protests, looting, oil that never really started pumping to pay for the war, high gas prices. After a few months Bush bashers saw their views validated and started speaking up. They ran into Bush supporters who were still basking in the glow of a clock that stopped on May 1st, 2003--still claiming Iraq caused 9/11, saying dissent against Bush was treason, claiming WMDs were found, and insisting the war was won, end of story.

Slowly some people are coming around as the media finally grows a pair and starts saying what a mess Iraq has become. But there are many who still support Bush due to his patriotic platitudes, religious references, and bumper sticker solutions to complex problems. Ask that Bush supporter about issue X or issue Y however, and they won't be aware of it. Press them, they get angry and don't want to talk about it. Bush will say he loves and believes in America, but he really believes in pontificating meaningless prescripted statements his most loyal constituency--the uninformed.

What the Rich folks don't want you to know

The top 6 percent of American citizens own 97% of the entire wealth of the country. These households have an average wealth of $10.2 million and pay only 3.5 percent of their wealth in taxes. By way of comparison, the bottom 40 percent of taxpayers have an average wealth of $1,100 and pay 163 percent of their wealth in taxes.

If all taxpayers paid the same 10.5 percent of their wealth in taxes as median income families’ pay, the taxes of the lowest 40 percent would be cut by 94 percent while the taxes of the wealthiest would triple.

AMERICA IS AN OLIGARCHICAL PLUTOCRACY DISGUISED AS A REPUBLIC. THE CONCEPT OF AMERICA BEING A DEMOCRACY IS EXPOSED AS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

From 1984 to 2002, the government collected $1.7 trillion more in Social Security taxes than it paid out. The extra money was supposed to go into a fund to help pay for baby boomers' retirements but instead was used to fund tax cuts for the wealthy.

Our country is being controlled by a miniscule few people who are exercising monopolistic fascist rule over the citizenry. For freedom's sake we must do all we can to abolish the Republican Party facade and the lie that it is perpetrating upon America.

TYPICAL EXAMPLE OF BUSH'S SATANIC LIES BELOW!

An analysis by the Annenberg Public Policy Center's FactCheck.org debunking Bush's claims that Kerry's plans to raise taxes on the richest Americans would increase the tax burden on 900,000 small businesses.

The analysis found that the Bush campaign is counting every rich person who has even $1 of outside business income as a small business owner, even if they have no employees.

Why the GOP hates the Democrats

An Elephant Never Forgets

The GOP uses an elephant as it's symbol for a reason. A good deal of the hate that the republicans have for democrats is rooted in the FDR era. These powerful and wealthy men controlled labor with an iron fist until Roosevelt came along. In 1932 the masses of common people had taken enough punishment from them. They turned out in droves to elect a president who had more than the will of the corporate bosses in mind. The depression really took them by surprise because they had bought the line that the wealthy bankers and company owners had been selling. They invested in the stock market and worked long hours for a small and totally unregulated wage. When Roosevelt told them they were being used unfairly by the bosses they finally stood up to them and embraced the "New Deal". This radical sweeping change in the policies of government was hailed by ordinary people but, the old guard was frightened to their core by it. The minimum wage laws and the social security act forced them to give a fair wage and limited the control over employees that they had enjoyed.

They hated Roosevelt for what most openly referred to as communist programs like the WPA, and the CCC. They have never forgotten how much power they lost to the workers and they still will tell you about how the New Deal ruined America. The old republicans are to this day still working to remove the protections that the new deal gave to working Americans and many won't give up until they see every last vestige of it gone.

We are seeing now the end game strategy, if they can convince the fools who elected them that this is not a bad thing they will succeed at their plan to return you to the days of officially sanctioned 60 hour weeks. They will say that it is time to end the federal minimum wage standards and the labor board will go the way of the dinosaur. We will be virtual serfs to the wealthy who will continue to hire people at lower wage levels until they have complete control over the people they employ.

I know that many of you won't believe this. I understand, most people don't realize the vast difference in working now with the protection that the new deal put in place, and the horror of living in abject poverty and fear that existed before.
